One of the most important things, when either starting or wanting to maintain a business, is to find the right people for the right jobs. Every new or old entrepreneur has to keep in mind that most likely he will not succeed on his own and that he needs the help of the professionals in the field he is to open the business.
The manager might be good at the business process management, but this does not mean that he knows all the bowels of production or even of business promotion.This is why in the business management strategy one of the top priorities is to find the best professionals in the field and to convince them to come aboard. Not always will the recruitment manager find exactly what they are looking for and sometimes they have to go for less. When we say less, we mean maybe less qualified, not necessary less fitted for the job.
Hiring a less qualified person can turn up to be in the end a good choice. First the salary the person will be given is considerably lower as he does not have all the qualifications necessary for a higher pay rate. Secondly there is the advantage of training the person just the way you like it. For example if you have a certain specific type of request not all will comply from the first try. But training someone for that specific task will help you improve the quality of the final product.
