From our point of view, the manager as leader and, consequently, as their practice results in an ongoing interpersonal relationship with the other components of the company, had to combine in his personality and in implementing office, communication factors and psychological interest, no doubt, enable the flow of that relationship. Thus, we consider applicable to the practice manager theories belonging to the so-called behavioral approach and, especially, the theory called the same way.
